After purchasing a 40 hour warming pad I was shocked to receive an email stating it would be insitu 5 to 6 days. I did receive the plant earlier but all the leaves were discoloured. I sent photos and told it was a fungal disease and I could return. I asked for instructions and I am still waiting!
