This plant is flowering size and is in a pot. Grow Maxillaria anatomorum on a broad mount or in a pot with a sphagnum moss and bark mix as the media. Give plants shade with a little light and keep them well watered all year. I grow my plant sitting in a small amount of water. This species is suited to an intermediate greenhouse, temperatures between 14-18 degrees at night and rising to 24-30 during the day. This species benefits from a mister or hydrofogger nearby. If growing this species indoors make sure that there is enough humidity, there is a difference between day and night temperature, and that air circulation is sufficient but does not dry the air out around the plant.
