Aerangis luteo-alba var rhodosticta

Aerangis luteo-alba var. rhodosticta is a species from equatorial and eastern Africa. In the wild this species is found in shady forests near fast flowing water such as waterfalls, this species tends to be epiphytic on twigs and branches and occasionally on tree trunks at elevations below 1,500 metres. Inflorescences measure up to 35cm, and bear up to 24 flowers. Flowers are not scented and plants usually bloom during spring or autumn.

Description

Aerangis luteo-alba var. rhodosticta is a species from equatorial and eastern Africa. This is a flowering size plant growing on a mount. Grow Aerangis luteo-alba var. rhodosticta on a mount in shade, never in direct or bright sunlight and water it consistently. Grow in an intermediate or warm greenhouse and with night time temperatures of 15- 19 degrees and day time temperatures of 26 to 30 degrees. This species likes a difference between day and night temperature. Plants are better suited for a greenhouse and not for indoors.
