Bulbophyllum inacootesiae is from Mindanao in the Philippines. This species is an epiphyte and inhabits humid mountain and cloud forests at elevations around 1,300 metres. Pseudobulbs measure 4cm, bear a solitary leaf that measures 11.5-13.5cm. Inflorescences emerge from the bases of pseudobulbs, and measure 10cm. The flower head bears many small orange and yellow coloured fragrant flowers.

Description

This plant is flowering size. Grow Bulbophyllum inacootesiae on a mount or in a pot with moss and bark. Plants need moderate shade, never direct sunlight and to be kept evenly watered all year. Plants grow well in an intermediate and humid greenhouse or indoors with a difference between day and night temperatures, high humidity and air movement.
