Inflorescences measure 5-40cm and bear successively opening flowers. Plants bloom during the spring and flowers are scented. The flowers measure 2.5cm across. Plants and flowers vary in shape and colour across its geographical range.

This plant is flowering size. Grow Thrixspermum centipeda in a pot with a mossy pole mount or on a longer mount to allow for the many roots that the plant will produce. Grow plants in moderate shade, never in direct sunlight and keep them humid. Spray roots constantly during warm weather. This plant needs a warm to intermediate greenhouse and is not suitable for growing indoors.
