Bifrenaria inodora

Bifrenaria inodora is endemic to Brazil. This epiphytic species grows in coastal forests at elevations below 1,000 metres. Inflorescences measure 5-10cm and bear 1-2 fragrant flowers that each measure 7cm across. Plants bloom during the spring and summer.

This plant is flowering size. Grow Bifrenaria inodora in a pot, in shade, never in direct or bright sunlight and keep it evenly moist with the roots always slightly damp. Plants need a dry winter rest and grow well in a warm to intermediate greenhouse and indoors only with air circulation, high humidity and with a slight difference between day and night temperatures.
