Description

Aerangis mystacidii is from southern Africa. This species is an epiphyte, grows on branches of small trees and often in moss in riverine forest at elevations between 600 and 1,800 metres elevation. Inflorescences measure up to 30cm and bear 3-25 flowers. Plants bloom during the summer or autumn.

This plant is flowering size and is on a mount. Grow Aerangis mystacidii on a mount, in dense shade, never in bright light and keep it slightly and evenly moist all year. This species does not like to dehydrate. Grows in an intermediate greenhouse and indoors if cooler night time temperatures are provided and humidity is high.
